REACTORS
H. S. Martin manufacturers a wide variety of process and laboratory reactors in standard configurations ranging from 500ML to 100 Liters. Our systems have been engineered for durability and have been modularized for flexibility.
Some of our standard features include:
  • Electric Stirring Motors whose controls provide constant torque, as well as digital readouts for RPM, torque, hertz, etc. Motors are also reversible; air driven motors are also available
  • Welded stainless steel frameworks and galvanized steel pipe frameworks are used for support structures.

  • Reaction vessels can be jacketed for heating and/or cooling, or can be unjacketed for use with or without heating mantles.
Several stir bearings are available depending on application. Sizes include:
  • 10mm, 19mm, 1 3/16" and 1 1/4"

  • Reaction vessel covers are available in a variety of configurations with varying neck sizes and locations to accommodate all of the most popular accessories such as thermowells, dip tubes, spargers, feed tubes, etc.
