H.S. Martin specializes in the modification and/or reconfiguration of any apparatus in order to meet the requirements of our customers. We try to offer a complete line of components and systems to make selection and purchasing as easy as possible. However, sometimes our customers have special or unique requirements which dictate the modification of these standard parts in order to accommodate these needs.

H.S. Martin can design individual components or complete reactor or distillation systems from scratch, working closely with the customer to create a special piece of equipment, or we can take an existing product or system and apply unique requirements in accordance with the wishes in order to save both time & money.  
Some of the more common customizations we perform are:
  • Resizing of complete support structures (frameworks) in order to accommodate a customers hood or room.

  • Reconfiguring of nozzles on flasks up to and including 200 liters in size.

  • Changing of joints or process ends on apparatus such as: columns, flasks, condensers, reflux dividers, receivers, etc.

  • Repair and modification of your laboratory and process glassware, including QVF® and Schott® glassware.
